What is the difference between Traditional baggy & Australian baggy styles?

Traditional baggy caps have a more fitted shape compared to the baggier Australian style caps. Both styles are equally popular.

Traditional baggy caps have elastic on the back panel area, whilst Australian baggy caps have elastic on the side panel area.

What logo files are required?

Please provide us with the highest quality logo files you have available - preferably in vector file format (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF) or high quality JPEG. We will attempt to reproduce any lower quality logo files where possible, although embroidery quality might be affected if you can only provide a low quality logo file.

Are there any set-up costs?

No additional set-up costs are payable for any orders.

What are the delivery costs?

We provide free of charge delivery to Australian addresses for orders over $200.

We can deliver to most worldwide locations, subject to additional freight charges. Contact us for international freight quotes.

How long will my order take?

Allow up to 4 weeks (5 weeks for sunhats) from order approval for delivery to Australian addresses.

We will try to accommodate urgent orders where possible. Larger or more complex orders may take extra time to complete.

What are the payment options?

What are the payment terms?

Club & School orders - we require 50% deposit payment prior to proceeding with your order. The remaining 50% is payable prior to delivery of your order.

Individual and overseas orders - we require full payment prior to proceeding with your order.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

For baggy cap orders of over 50, we offer a 10% discount off the order total.

Pricing, GST and taxes

Prices listed on our website include 10% GST.

Overseas orders will exclude the 10% GST in our listed prices.
