PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Online payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard. For your protection when making a credit card purchase, your credit card details are securely processed over SSL connection and are passed directly to our payment gateway using the highest level of encryption. We do not store credit card information on our website or server. An email confirmation will be sent to you with details of your order. Once payment has been confirmed and the order is dispatched, an additional email will be sent which details the delivery method used and tracking number so you can follow the progress of the delivery.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY PRICING: 

Free delivery applies to all orders within Australia over $200 value. For orders under $200, a flat rate of $10 applies for postage within Australia and will be added to the order total.

HOW ORDERS ARE DELIVERED:

Orders are delivered by courier or Australia Post, depending on the nature of the item ordered and the delivery destination. 

DELIVERY TIME:

The majority of orders are dispatched next business day. Delivery times depend on where your parcel is being sent to. Most deliveries are received within 1-5 working days of dispatch, although this could be extended to 7+ working days for more remote areas.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION:

When orders are dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. This will contain the delivery method used and tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We are happy to arrange and send international orders. 

For online orders to international destinations, delivery pricing will be calculated during the checkout stage of your purchase. Orders will be sent via Australia Post - International Express. 

International orders are not subject to 10% GST.
